About the role

The company is looking for a Business Analyst with a mid‑level background to coordinate and drive the development of mobile, web, and backend solutions. You will act as a bridge between the client and the cross‑functional development team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary development team (Mobile/Web, Backend, QA, UI/UX, BA).
• Allocate project resources and plan workload distribution.
• Create and maintain calendar plans, development roadmaps, and schedules.
• Communicate with the client in English, gathering requirements and providing updates.
• Collect team metrics and monitor progress.
• Decompose high‑level tasks into actionable items.
• Test intermediate development stages and ensure quality.
• Control timelines and overall development quality.
• Calculate project cost estimates and maintain project reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to plan software development, understand task dependencies, and find optimal solutions.
• Experience managing distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Capability to analyze risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills for client interaction.
