Business Development Manager – International Student Recruitment

About the role

The Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment will lead all recruitment, business development, account management and marketing activities for B2B channels in the assigned region. You will work closely with Company Directors to shape B2B strategies and promote international student enrolment for one of GUS's universities or colleges across Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive international student enrolment.
• Represent a GUS university or college in target markets and maintain strong relationships with education agents.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, expand existing accounts and support the growth of partner networks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment for US higher‑education institutions.
• Established network of education agents and solid relationships with key stakeholders.
• Track record of generating new revenue from existing streams and identifying new business opportunities.
• Experience training agents, sourcing new partners at fairs, trips and referrals, and conducting client research.
