Director of Nursing (Remote)

About the role

The Network Director of Nursing is a senior clinical leader responsible for driving operational excellence, patient safety, and workforce development across CURE International’s network of pediatric surgical hospitals. This remote, full‑time position ensures nursing services are standardized, data‑informed, spiritually grounded, and responsive to children and families in diverse cultural settings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing operations across multiple hospital sites.
• Develop and implement patient safety and quality assurance programs.
• Oversee training, capacity building, and leadership development for nursing staff.
• Ensure effective EMR utilization, data integrity, and reporting.
• Plan and manage workforce staffing and patient flow optimization.
• Collaborate with hospital and ministry leadership to align clinical and spiritual care.

Required profile

• Extensive senior nursing leadership experience, preferably in pediatric surgical environments.
• Proven ability to lead across multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong commitment to CURE’s mission and faith‑based values.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining high visibility and communication.
