Exchange Programs Representative – Kyrgyzstan (Commission-Based)

About the role

The International Exchange Center is looking for a Country Representative in Kyrgyzstan to promote its exchange programs, recruit participants and support them through application and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote IEC programs to students via online activities, events, campus outreach and partnerships.
• Recruit and guide applicants through applications, document collection and visa preparation.
• Coordinate with IEC and participants to ensure a smooth journey from sign‑up to departure.

Required profile

• Based in Kyrgyzstan with connections to student or youth communities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Kyrgyz and Russian.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑based model and motivated to build long‑term results.

Required skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
