Head of Commerce – Food Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Commerce to lead the commercial strategy for our food‑delivery service in Kyrgyzstan. You will drive growth of restaurant and retail partnerships, lead a high‑performing commercial team, and shape the future of the business through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for restaurant and retail partnerships to meet growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, negotiating with senior decision‑makers.
• Manage commercial performance and unit economics, overseeing the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and expand the assortment.
• Lead the sales team, taking ownership of performance, KPIs and P&L.
• Hire, coach and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing culture.
• Manage advertising campaigns, from sales planning to reporting.
• Prepare regular business updates and reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and optimise business processes.
• Track record of developing high‑performing teams at mid‑ and senior‑level.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using AI tools for data analysis and workflow automation.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities with a structured work approach.
• Experience managing or owning a business unit’s P&L.
