Human Resources Manager – HR & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations and support office administration across a growing organization. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on administrative and financial responsibilities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with local labor regulations.
• Manage daily office administration, vendor relationships, facilities, supplies, and logistical support for meetings, events, and travel.
• Support budgeting, operational expense planning, and cash‑flow administration for office‑related needs.
• Coordinate vendor payments and internal financial administration, ensuring scalable and efficient workflows.
• Act as a trusted partner to management and employees, fostering open communication, problem‑solving, and a collaborative culture.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with global and local stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in HR and operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in a managerial or senior HR generalist role.
• Minimum one year of expatriate experience in UB, UZ, or KZ (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, local compliance, and budgeting or internal financial support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
