About the role
We are looking for an independent IFRS Restatement Expert to support financial reporting reforms in the Kyrgyz Republic. The consultant will work on IFRS restatement assignments for IFI‑funded projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent IFRS restatements for client entities.
- Review and validate financial statements against IFRS requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on IFRS implementation and reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for IFI donors.
- Collaborate with local teams in Kemin and Shopokov to meet project timelines.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of experience performing IFRS restatements.
- Proven track record of independent IFRS reviews and financial reporting.
- Experience with IFI‑funded projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
