About the role

Arabel, an AI‑powered law firm, is seeking motivated legal professionals to join its Bishkek office. The position is open to qualified lawyers, junior lawyers, and legal interns who want to work with startups, venture funds, and innovative businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and other legal instruments for clients.
• Conduct legal research, analyze regulations, and prepare memoranda.
• Support client advisory work on corporate, commercial, and technology‑related matters.
• Participate in client meetings, assist in preparing transaction documents, and maintain organized case files.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, including the use of AI tools to streamline routine tasks.

Required profile

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities with clear interpretation of laws and case law.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documents.
• Solid understanding or keen interest in corporate, commercial, and technology law, especially within the startup ecosystem.
• Law degree; for lawyers/junior lawyers, local bar eligibility where applicable. For interns, current enrollment in a law program or recent graduation.
• Fluency in relevant local and business languages; English proficiency required.
