Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will build and enrich lead databases, craft personalized outreach messages, and position our services to win new projects, primarily through LinkedIn and email campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research companies, products, tech stacks, hiring signals and other market data to create high‑quality lead lists.
• Verify contact information (email, LinkedIn) to ensure database accuracy.
• Analyze client requirements and match them with relevant case studies and expertise.
• Maintain lead tracking, update statuses, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven lead generation experience.
• Strong written English with the ability to write persuasive outreach messages.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑driven and result‑oriented.
• Understanding of IT and digital services projects.

Required skills

• Experience with outreach tools such as Dripify, Instantly or Apollo.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead‑tracking platforms.
