Marketing & Growth Lead Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to join its Central Asia Growth team. The role covers Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and focuses on crafting and managing acquisition and engagement initiatives for the company's key products, working with international stakeholders on end-to-end growth projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local acquisition and retention projects from ideation to execution, working autonomously with cross-functional international and local teams (Media, Product Management, CRM, Loyalty & Promo, Pricing, Q-commerce, Commercial)
• Design and coordinate local activity plans and growth strategies, adapting the global playbook to local needs through a test and learn approach
• Act as country point of contact for assigned projects, building consensus among internal and external stakeholders
• Track and monitor key growth metrics, reporting to the Head of Growth and Marketing and to local and HQ stakeholders
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and engagement while maintaining brand standards across channels
• Coach and supervise junior growth analysts, and share success stories and best practices with other regional teams

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in growth or marketing, brand or product manager roles, comfortable with high-growth and complex business challenges
• Strong consumer understanding, business acumen and attention to detail, with hands-on project management from ideation to implementation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data insights into actions
• Proficiency in English and a hands-on attitude

Required skills

• Knowledge of paid, owned and earned media channels (online and offline)
• Budget management and tracking and reporting on growth KPIs
• Ninja-level Excel / Google Sheets is a must
• Looker or SQL is a big plus
