.NET Solution Architect

About the role

EPAM is looking for a dynamic .NET Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative, scalable technology solutions. You will work with global teams and forward‑thinking professionals to shape cloud‑centric businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define solution requirements and use cases.
• Participate in pre‑sale activities such as RFP processing, proposal development, and client communication.
• Guide clients through architectural, technical, and organizational challenges.
• Analyze existing applications and services to create migration, transformation, and automation roadmaps.
• Design prototypes, produce detailed architecture documents, and establish governance, automation, security, and operational strategies.
• Advise on cloud, hybrid, and on‑premise solutions while recommending cost‑control best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, audits, and compile comprehensive reports.
• Lead solution implementation from requirements gathering to go‑live, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in solution architecture.
• Strong development background with .NET; full‑stack experience is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of software design, integration, architecture patterns, and solution‑architecture methods.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle using Agile or Scrum.
• Background in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and migration strategies.
• Ability to incorporate LLMs and AI capabilities into enterprise environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
