Regional Director of Operations

About the role

The Regional Director of Operations will lead operational performance across the assigned region for an international law firm. Based in Chong-Aryk, the role combines on‑site leadership with flexible remote work to ensure the firm’s strategic goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day regional operations and workflow optimization.
• Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and track financial performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency gains and implement process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate multidisciplinary local teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and practice groups to align services with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in operations management, preferably within professional services or the legal sector.
• Proven analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision‑making.
• Effective team leadership and coaching experience.
• Solid budgeting and financial oversight skills.
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent customer service orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience working in an international, multilingual environment.
