Regional Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast‑growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Kyrgyzstan and additional responsibility for Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia. Key responsibilities

• Define and create country‑specific marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement demand and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, focusing on Kyrgyzstan.
• Launch marketing campaigns and evaluate success based on KPIs.
• Assist Marketing and Business Development with market research respecting each country’s ethics, culture, and customs.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
• Assist in ongoing marketing activities and support regional teams.
• Coordinate the marketing team and manage delegated projects.
• Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a business‑related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Kyrgyz and Russian, with very good English.
• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics.
• Strong digital marketing skills.
• Strong project management skills (advantage).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
• Dynamic and target‑oriented.
