Research Associate, Private Secretary, Junior Engineer, Store Keeper, Assistant Caretaker (Deputation)

About the role

Dr Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC) is inviting applications for several deputation posts: Research Associate, Private Secretary, Junior Engineer, Store Keeper and Assistant Caretaker. The selected candidates will support the centre’s research activities, administrative functions, engineering projects, inventory management and facility upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Research Associate: assist senior researchers, collect and analyse data, prepare reports and maintain research documentation.
• Private Secretary: manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records and provide clerical support to senior officials.
• Junior Engineer: assist in planning, execution and monitoring of engineering tasks, prepare basic drawings and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Store Keeper: receive, store and issue materials, maintain inventory registers and coordinate with procurement.
• Assistant Caretaker: oversee daily maintenance of premises, handle minor repairs and ensure cleanliness of the facility.

Required profile

• Eligible officers as defined by the centre’s recruitment guidelines.
• Relevant educational qualifications for each post (e.g., degree in relevant field for Research Associate, diploma for Junior Engineer, etc.).
• Good command of English and basic computer literacy.
