Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

EPAM is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical implementation. You will drive the delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired Salesforce functionality.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on project scope and deliverables.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate solutions against requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and business cases.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Background in business analysis within a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce capabilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
