Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote in Kyrgyzstan)

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join EPAM Kyrgyzstan and help deliver Salesforce‑based solutions that meet business objectives. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are fully leveraged.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and implement Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired Salesforce functionality.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on project scope and deliverables.
• Support user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and business cases.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements using Salesforce features.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in prioritizing the product backlog based on business value.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven background in business analysis for Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core capabilities and platform.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
