Senior AI/ML Engineer with PyTorch and C++

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join its ML & AI team. You will design, train, and deploy cutting‑edge deep‑learning models that power client applications across diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and iterate on neural network architectures using PyTorch.
• Train, validate, and fine‑tune models on relevant datasets to achieve high accuracy and robustness.
• Investigate and troubleshoot model performance issues, continuously improving results.
• Analyze model mapping onto client devices, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
• Deploy neural networks for various applications in on‑premise, cloud, or edge environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Python and deep‑learning development.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine‑learning techniques.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimise model performance across diverse tasks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
