Senior SAP DRC Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP DRC Consultant to partner closely with the Product Owner and drive end‑to‑end audit processes on our SAP platform. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, help shape the product roadmap, and ensure the solution meets tax audit and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner’s right hand: capture requirements, prioritize backlog items, and influence the product roadmap.
• Configure and support SAP Audit Management from scratch, covering audit planning, scoping, execution, working papers, and findings tracking.
• Support tax audit planning and execution within the tool, aligning with regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with audit teams, tax/compliance functions, and IT to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
• Lead functional and UAT testing cycles, coordinate defect resolution with technical teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reporting in an agile delivery environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for audit management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Audit Management, SAP FI, or SAP GRC.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with tax audit planning and execution in a compliance context.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and sprint activities.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
