Senior Treasury Executive

About the role

The Senior Treasury Executive will lead the company’s financing activities, ensuring optimal capital structure and liquidity while safeguarding compliance with loan covenants. This senior position reports directly to senior management and works closely with banks and financial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop loan structures, prepare legal and capability profiles, and negotiate loan terms (interest rates, fees, collateral, tenors) to minimize cost of capital.
• Execute disbursement procedures, manage debt acknowledgment contracts, and monitor principal and interest payment schedules to maintain credit ratings.
• Continuously monitor financial ratios and covenant compliance, prepare periodic reports for banks, and alert the Board to potential breaches.
• Manage the collateral portfolio, oversee asset valuation and insurance, and produce reports on outstanding debt, credit limits, and interest expense forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate treasury role or as a Corporate Relationship Manager at a bank.
• Deep understanding of banking credit products and the credit approval process.
• Strong financial statement analysis capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel for cash‑flow modeling and debt management.
