SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking an SEO Manager to support the SEO Team Lead in promoting its international websites and to own SEO strategy for individual company sites. This fully remote role focuses on driving organic growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑page and technical SEO optimisation to improve rankings and user experience.
• Collect and analyse semantic cores for target markets, identifying high‑impact keyword opportunities.
• Analyse backlink profiles and execute link‑building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve performance and indexation issues.
• Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Create detailed briefs and technical requirements for copywriters to ensure SEO‑driven content.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic and key SEO metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Automate SEO processes using AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in SEO (in‑house or agency).
• English B1+ and Russian B2+ proficiency.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritise across multiple tasks.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and perseverance.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to drive improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with on‑page and technical SEO optimisation.
• Experience developing and executing link‑building strategies.
• Experience working with multilingual SEO projects.
