About the role

We are looking for a live‑in caregiver to provide comprehensive personal and medical support to an adult client with multiple chronic health conditions. The role requires constant presence in the client’s apartment and close monitoring of health status.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor more than 12 types of medication, including tablets, rectal suppositories and topical ointments.
• Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, toileting, facial and body care.
• Record vital signs (saturation, temperature, blood pressure, pulse) in a daily log.
• Prepare balanced, diet‑appropriate meals (non‑fried, low‑fat, no crusts).
• Maintain a clean living environment: wet cleaning, laundry, ironing, dishwashing.
• Accompany the client on wheelchair outings around the neighbourhood.
• Transport the client to medical appointments.
• Guide therapeutic exercises as prescribed by a physiotherapist.

Required profile

• Medical knowledge and skills, with a medical book or willingness to undergo required testing.
• Ability to cook healthy, diet‑specific meals.
• Willingness to work under video surveillance and keep the apartment impeccably clean.
• Patient, non‑conflictual attitude and interest in a long‑term arrangement.

What we offer

• Shift schedule from 08:00 to 20:00
• Compensation of 7,500 RUB per day
