Site Lead

About the role

GDIT is seeking a Site Lead to provide critical command and control of program contractor personnel for the 1st TSC MSS OCONUS team. The role supports a 60‑hour work week, requires meeting CENTCOM medical and deployment standards, and ensures compliance with Army and theater policies.

Key responsibilities

• Command and control of program contractor personnel, including verification of work hours and schedules.
• Recruit, select, and negotiate retention for vacant positions as needed.
• Interpret and enforce Army, theater, and command policies to ensure contractor compliance.
• Review the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and recommend changes.
• Assess and remediate personnel performance in coordination with Government functional leads.
• Provide advice, guidance, and counseling to contract personnel.
• Ensure all US Army and contractor training requirements are met.
• Prepare monthly contract status reports, conduct quality‑assurance reviews, and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or four years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of logistics and supply chain management at Brigade level or higher.
• 3+ years of logistics experience within the USCENTCOM area of responsibility.
• Ability to meet CENTCOM medical and deployment standards.
• U.S. citizenship.
