About the role

The Visa Specialist will assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This position involves direct interaction with individual and corporate clients, guiding them through the documentation process and providing clear information on visa requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on the specific visa types and required documentation.
• Collect, verify, and organize all necessary paperwork for each application.
• Complete and submit application forms to the appropriate embassies or consulates.
• Maintain regular communication with authorities to track application status.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding progress and any additional requirements.
• Keep accurate records of all submissions and correspondence.
• Support the sales or business development team when dealing with international projects.

Required profile

• Experience working with international companies, foreign projects, or in sales is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information responsibly.
