ABAP Tech Lead

About the role

As an ABAP Tech Lead you will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality SAP ABAP solutions for our client’s projects. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, scalable code while guiding a development team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP ABAP programs following coding standards and best practices.
• Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment of complex ABAP reports, forms, and interfaces.
• Work with business analysts to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Execute system modifications, enhancements, and troubleshoot defects promptly.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience, preferably with S/4HANA.
• Proven experience leading a development team.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+ level).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
