Accounting Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our accounting team in Bishkek. You will support product sales, issuance, and disposal processes while ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process product sales, issuance, and disposal, preparing all required primary documentation.
• Verify that sales and transfer documents contain necessary approvals and supporting paperwork.
• Monitor documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Record accounts receivable, inventory movements, and other material transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain organized primary documentation and prepare files for operational reporting and archiving.
• Generate regular reports on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual bases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Kyrgyz Republic accounting regulations and IFRS.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and analyze financial information.
• High level of self‑organization, responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with Outlook and internet‑based tools.
