Banking Analyst – Project Finance

About the role

The Banking Analyst supports the full project cycle, from origination to monitoring, on debt and equity transactions. Working under the guidance of an operation leader or senior bankers, the analyst contributes to research, data gathering, credit analysis and financial modelling to ensure projects align with the Bank’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including market research, financial performance analysis and risk evaluation.
• Prepare and update financial models, projections and analysis of financial statements.
• Support the design and processing of technical cooperation assistance, drafting terms of reference and internal approval documents.
• Coordinate with internal units, clients and stakeholders by preparing draft correspondence, presentations and follow‑up communications.
• Execute assigned portfolio monitoring tasks, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery in line with Bank policies.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team under senior supervision.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
