Brand Manager – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our pharmaceutical portfolio in Kyrgyzstan. The role focuses on driving profit and market share growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for assigned products to meet profit and market‑share targets.
• Launch new medicines, strengthen existing product positions, and create promotion programs for doctors, pharmacists and other target audiences.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, evaluate sales effectiveness, and propose product‑portfolio optimisations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners, key opinion leaders and government bodies; organise events and train field staff.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure ethical promotion in line with local legislation.

Required profile

• Higher education in medicine, pharmacy or marketing.
• Advanced English and native Russian or Kyrgyz language skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales or FMCG.
• Knowledge of Kyrgyzstan legislation, GDP standards, basic marketing, pricing and PR concepts.
• Category B driver’s licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Confident PC user with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in public presentations.
