Cloudflare Platform Engineer – Edge & AI Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cloudflare Developer (Platform Engineer) to join a high‑profile global client in the pharmaceutical sector. The role focuses on designing, building, and scaling edge‑native applications using Cloudflare Workers, AI services, and serverless architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Cloudflare Development Platform, especially Workers and AI tools.
• Deploy high‑performance, secure, and scalable edge‑native applications.
• Integrate Cloudflare services with existing enterprise and cloud systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and harden production workloads.
• Collaborate with client engineering, security, and platform teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to growing engineering teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with the Cloudflare Development Platform.
• Proven expertise in building Cloudflare Workers‑based solutions.
• Strong understanding of edge computing, serverless architectures, and distributed systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a strong plus.
