Configuration Manager / Change Management

About the role

The Configuration Analyst Senior will support United States Army Europe and Africa (USAREUR‑AF) by delivering configuration management and change control for the G6 Joint Coalition Network Division. You will ensure the CM environment enables product review, change tracking, and defect management while collaborating with NATO partners and GDIT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the configuration management plan and report progress on change requests.
• Operate and continuously improve CM processes, ensuring alignment with related IT service management processes.
• Lead Change Control Boards (CCBs) and support Agile/CI‑CD pipelines.
• Produce technical documentation, briefings, and status updates for customers and internal leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in configuration management, hardware/software CM, and change control.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass German TESA security screening.
