Data and AI Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Data and AI Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced data lake, migration, and semantic data layer projects, as well as cutting‑edge Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of data and AI solutions using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and GenAI platforms.
• Design and implement scalable, secure data lakes, distributed systems, and analytics platforms.
• Integrate AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude, and other GenAI agents into business workflows.
• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and senior client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentorship, and architectural guidance across multiple project streams.
• Drive data governance, strategy, and process improvements to ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance.
• Document architectural decisions, workflows, and implementation guidelines for enterprise platforms.
• Advise clients on platform decentralization, operational models, and enterprise data product protocols.
• Support presales activities, including proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, and technical assessments.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in data and AI architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic advisory.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
