Data Technology Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Data Technology Consultant to join our Data Practice team. You will help clients across financial services, retail, life sciences, energy and the public sector unlock the value of their data through strategy, technology selection and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to data analytics strategy and consulting engagements.
• Evaluate, recommend and design data technology solutions that align with client objectives.
• Document current data architectures and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of technical solutions, architecture trends and best practices.
• Build strong client relationships and present technology options to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal, client and third‑party teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support implementation of data governance, data quality and data privacy frameworks.
• Contribute to AI/ML‑enabled solutions and advise on Generative AI adoption.
• Participate in business development activities such as case studies and content creation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Technology Consultant or Solution Architect delivering enterprise‑scale analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in at least one area: data engineering, cloud data warehousing, BI/visualisation, distributed data processing, or data science/ML.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with data governance, data quality and data privacy practices.
