About the role

The company seeks a Director of Business Communications to lead client acquisition and contract negotiations for the supply and installation of windows, doors, fire‑resistant and special constructions, as well as high‑bay lighting systems. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on market development to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers in the construction market.
• Conduct negotiations and close supply or subcontracting agreements for openings (windows, doors), fire‑resistant structures, special constructions and high‑bay lighting.
• Facilitate the signing of contracts for civil‑works related to opening fillings and related services.
• Provide advice on the development of existing and new business lines.
• Recommend the most efficient ways to execute projects and support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how the construction industry operates in practice.
• Proven ability to negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of market conditions and future trends, with the capacity to monetize this information in contracts.
