About the role
We are looking for a Growth Campaign Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across the CIS region. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring global campaigns to life locally and drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate go‑to‑market launches with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
- Manage campaign timelines, execution and localisation for the local market.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
- Ensure consistent quality and execution across all initiatives.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Integrated Marketing.
- Strong project‑management capabilities and a data‑driven mindset.
- Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Native Russian speaker with strong English communication.
