Human Resources Assistant

About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across core HR functions at UCA in Bishkek. The role ensures smooth delivery of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes for junior‑level positions, handling vacancy administration, interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation, and onboarding.
• Provide first‑level assistance for employee queries, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager as needed.
• Administer and communicate employee benefits and allowances, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, process, and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, personnel orders, confirmation letters, reports, and certificates.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with retention policies.
• Ensure HR data is up‑to‑date in HR information systems and support regular reporting and data verification.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service role; HR experience is an advantage.
• Experience in an international environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English, Russian and Kyrgyz (written and spoken).
