About the role

Provide audio and video interpreting services for Spanish-speaking clients through a web‑based platform, supporting the Limited English Proficient community in various settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective audio and video interpretation on demand via a web platform.
• Answer inbound calls promptly and maintain superior customer service.
• Follow the Code of Professional Conduct and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Adhere to all company policies, professional interpretation protocols, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of professional interpreting experience (preferred).
• Quiet, secure interpreting space free from external noise.
• Relevant industry certifications or trainings (e.g., CMI, CCHI) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with web‑based platforms.
• Competence in email communication.
• Microsoft Word usage.
