Lead Salesforce Developer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive business transformation for its global client base. You will guide a team of consultants and engineers, shaping the optimal mix of Salesforce products and features across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team.
• Participate in design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement technical solutions that meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal proprietary and third‑party systems.
• Ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and code‑quality techniques.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot end‑user issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.
• Strong background in Salesforce Apex, Lightning, SOQL, and LWC.
• Experience with estimation techniques and Agile methodologies.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Experience managing development teams and working in distributed environments is a plus.
