职位概况
负责矿山工程机械的售后服务，包括物流、调试、维修、配件管理及客户关系维护。
主要职责
- 配合跨境物流及进出口清关工作。
- 新机卸车调试、标准化交机并培训机手/维保人员。
- 日常保养、故障抢修及整机大修，确保设备正常投产。
- 配件调拨、到货跟进及库存管理，推动配件销售。
- 维护客户关系，闭环处理售后问题，提升满意度。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，机电或工程机械相关专业，3年以上相关经验。
- 精通发动机、液压、电路、底盘维修，能独立完成大修和调试。
- 了解进出口清关流程，具备客户沟通和配件销售能力。
- 能适应矿区驻场或驻外工作。
- 俄语/英语可作为工作语言，掌握哈萨克语、乌兹别克语等小语种者优先。
