Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer to join our Supply Chain team in Bishkek. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality within our beverage manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production plans to ensure smooth, consistent operations and high equipment utilization.
• Analyze equipment performance, identify cycle‑time reductions, and propose utilization of production reserves.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to inspect products, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operators’ reports, logbooks, and contribute to the development of SOPs and equipment instructions.
• Support a safe and favorable working environment for production teams to meet targets.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.
