Project Manager – B2B Products (Remote)

About the role

As a Project Manager for B2B projects, you will drive the development and enhancement of Platinumlist’s B2B products and technical integrations. Working remotely, you will collaborate with product managers, developers and external partners to deliver tailored solutions from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run the B2B team’s sprints, grooming sessions, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups, ensuring scope control and carry‑over management.
• Own the release train – monitor statuses, fix versions, SLA compliance, and produce release notes.
• Intake, triage and prioritize feature requests, operational tasks and data queries, turning qualified ideas into well‑formed tickets.
• Conduct small discovery sessions to define value, scope and acceptance criteria for raw requests.
• Maintain advanced Jira configurations (JQL, dashboards, automation) and build AI‑powered automations to streamline workflows.
• Track retro action items, log them as tickets and report until completion.
• Communicate technical capabilities and constraints to organisers, partners and, when needed, government bodies in clear language.
• Support RFP responses, logistics and deadlines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of delivery management experience in web or product companies, preferably with distributed teams.
• Strong grasp of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Technical fluency with web and mobile technologies, API concepts and developer communication.
• Experience in discovery work – shaping requests into scoped, testable user stories.
• Proficiency with AI tools and LLM‑based automations used daily.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian.
