Salesforce Administrator – AI‑Driven Automation

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to own the development, optimisation and reliability of its Salesforce environment. You will work across international offices and help embed AI‑powered automation into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and optimise the Salesforce platform, ensuring security, scalability and long‑term maintainability.
• Design, build and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and other automations to reduce manual work.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks and improve solution quality.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to analyse requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Manage configurations, user access, permissions, integrations and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, assess risks and ensure thorough testing before deployment.
• Document system architecture, automations, business logic and key technical decisions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration in a complex business environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data structures, security models and system configuration.
• Experience designing, developing and optimising complex Salesforce Flows.
• Proactive, independent mindset with the ability to evaluate broader impact of changes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
