Senior Copilot Studio Developer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents and enterprise integrations on the Power Platform for oil & gas clients. You will work across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production release, ensuring secure, governed, and high‑performing AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop task‑based, retrieval‑based, and autonomous Copilot Studio agents.
• Model conversations and orchestrate multi‑agent capability chaining.
• Integrate agents with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Create custom connectors and extend the Power Platform via OpenAPI/REST.
• Secure API integrations using Azure Entra ID and OAuth 2.0.
• Ground enterprise knowledge using SharePoint, Dataverse and structured data sources.
• Manage Power Platform governance, including DLP policies and RBAC.
• Oversee DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle, deployment, and release management.
• Monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and conduct workshops with stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development, focusing on Copilot Studio.
• Proven experience building Retrieval, Task, and Autonomous agents.
• Hands‑on integration experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and Salesforce.
• Background in creating custom connectors, MCP servers, and computer‑use tools.
• Strong knowledge of secure API integration (Azure Entra ID, OAuth 2.0).
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge grounding (SharePoint, Dataverse).
• Experience with Power Platform governance (DLP, RBAC) and Responsible AI compliance.
• Understanding of DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle and release processes.
• Excellent English (B2+) and ability to lead workshops and cross‑team communication.
