Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

EPAM is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop a core module of a workforce intelligence platform in the EdTech domain. The position operates within an AI‑first delivery model, combining automated pipelines with human quality gates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end features using C#/.NET on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend.
• Work within an AI‑first agentic pipeline, handling implementation, refactoring, testing, and documentation while meeting architecture, security, performance, and privacy standards.
• Build and evolve AI‑driven skills, agents, and workflows using Claude Code CLI.
• Deploy and operate microservices on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Create React UI components with TypeScript/Vite, integrate REST APIs (OpenAPI), and manage server state with React Query.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack web development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET, ASP.NET, and modern backend design.
• Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design, version, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Experience with event‑driven integration on AWS and AI‑assisted development workflows.
