Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Linux internals, and large‑scale distributed systems. You will help design, build, and operate a global, resilient platform while ensuring strong security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a global, distributed, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deliver complex platform initiatives.
• Participate in architecture reviews, incident response, and performance analysis.
• Manage AWS resources using Terraform and Kubernetes, including security‑hardening of manifests.
• Write and maintain Kubernetes manifests with pod security contexts, anti‑affinity, network policies, autoscaling, and health probes.
• Drive Production Readiness Reviews covering security, HA, performance, and observability.
• Implement multi‑layer workload isolation using Linux namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, and capabilities.
• Evaluate and operate gVisor and Firecracker for strong tenant isolation.
• Design and maintain Grafana dashboards and manage Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics pipelines.
• Extend the internal k6‑based load‑testing framework and create load scenarios with custom metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of Linux kernel primitives (namespaces, cgroups, seccomp, capabilities).
• Hands‑on experience operating large‑scale AWS environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Kubernetes, including security hardening.
• Experience designing and executing load tests (k6, Gatling, Locust, etc.).
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
