Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of our global HR systems. You will act as a subject‑matter expert across core HR, talent management, payroll and integration components, translating business needs into cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules based on global business requirements.
• Design and support integrations using Business Integration Builder and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP/Payroll and third‑party systems.
• Identify process‑optimization opportunities, lead change requests, configure new features and manage quarterly release updates.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure data integrity across all supported modules.
• Partner with HR business partners, process owners and technical teams to translate strategies into robust configurations.
• Create functional documentation, training materials and provide end‑user support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting or in‑house implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, thorough understanding of HR business processes and excellent stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
