Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to partner with development, security, quality, and operations teams. You will ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient while delivering exceptional user experiences and meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement SRE practices and define reliability targets.
• Define, monitor, and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application incidents promptly.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in post‑mortems, capacity planning, and incident management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands‑on experience implementing SRE practices such as SLO/SLI, error budgets, post‑mortems, and capacity planning.
• Strong background in monitoring, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code.

Required skills

• Python (or similar scripting language).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Kubernetes and Docker (container orchestration).
• CI/CD tools and configuration management.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• Infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience with LLM deployment, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI/ML model operations (nice to have).
