Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Ultahost is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of senior and mid‑level engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure professionals. You will partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of top technical talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for senior technical roles, including Front‑end, Back‑end, Full‑Stack, and DevOps positions.
• Collaborate with the CTO, engineering managers, and team leads to define role scopes and workforce plans.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates with expertise in JavaScript, Python, Go, modern front‑end and back‑end frameworks, and cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• Conduct structured technical interviews and advise hiring managers on assessment best practices.
• Build and maintain a senior talent pipeline through LinkedIn, direct sourcing, referrals, and professional networks.
• Analyze recruitment data and market trends to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience aligned with Ultahost’s global employer brand.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, focusing on senior engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex technical positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with senior engineering leaders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.
