IT Executive

About the role

Agrocorp International is seeking an IT Executive to lead its internal technology services. The role combines hands‑on technical support, asset oversight, project coordination and vendor management to ensure smooth IT operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, responding promptly to IT‑related issues.
• Train staff on new software and hardware as required.
• Oversee tracking, maintenance and lifecycle control of all IT hardware, ensuring accuracy and efficient use of resources.
• Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and upgrades, collaborating with other departments to understand their needs.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with IT vendors to procure hardware, software and services, evaluate vendor performance and manage contracts.
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Experience delivering technical support and troubleshooting within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with asset management and lifecycle control of IT equipment.
• Ability to coordinate IT projects and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
