Operating Partner

About the role

Bolter is an AI‑agent platform that lets users describe work in plain language and have autonomous agents execute it. As an Operating Partner you will work directly with the founding team, tackling the company’s highest‑priority problems across product, market, and operations, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead company priorities from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome, defining problems, planning, executing, and reporting results with metrics.
• Identify and pursue growth and revenue opportunities across product, go‑to‑market, and partnerships.
• Own standalone functions or verticals, building and staffing them, and either run them or hand them over stronger.
• Recruit, hire, and lead high‑performing teams, setting standards and delivering through others.
• Design and implement scalable processes and operations, automating internal workflows.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in high‑growth technology companies, investment banks, private equity, VC, or venture building with clear career progression.
• Proven track record of building, fixing, and leading initiatives outside your original specialty.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people, either directly or across functions.
• Comfort with extreme ambiguity and full accountability for outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
