Utilities Operator

About the role

The Utilities Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the utilities steam plant, ensuring optimal performance of boiler systems and related processes. You will work within a dynamic brewing environment, applying technical expertise to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Track and control utility processes to achieve optimum plant efficiency.
• Apply core engineering competencies to troubleshoot and improve process performance.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations across the utilities plant, including steam generation and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a brewing or similar industrial setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP (SKAPPC literate) for reporting and data management.
