Concrete Sales Representative – Kyrgyzstan

About the role

Are you passionate about concrete and the construction market? Join Sika’s Concrete Sales Team as a Sales Representative in the Concrete Business Unit. You will play a key role in winning significant projects across Kyrgyzstan and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers and construction companies throughout Kyrgyzstan.
• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and decision‑makers in the construction sector.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and site visits to showcase Sika concrete solutions.
• Develop customized proposals and commercial offers based on client needs and technical requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction materials, chemical products or related B2B industries.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian; English is a plus.
